chelsea soccer star boosts luxe interior dubai launch

Shaun Wright-Phillips, one of the stars of English Premiership giants Chelsea, played a supporting role when Global design group Luxe Interior marked the opening of their first Middle East showroom in Dubai with a charity auction last night (Thursday).

England winger Wright-Phillips was in the VIP line-up for the Luxe Interior launch event at the company’s new Al Quoz showroom.

The invitation-only official opening raised AED49,000 for the Al Noor Training Centre for Children with Special Needs through the auctioning of exclusive prize items.

These included a trip for two to London to watch the FA Community Shield match between Premiership champions Manchester United and FA Cup winners Chelsea at the new Wembley Stadium on 5th August, signed Chelsea memorabilia, and one of only 200 “Fledglings Edition” Manchester United Opuses, personally signed by Sir Alex Ferguson, Sir Bobby Charlton, David Beckham, Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes, Gary Neville, Nicky Butt and Phil Neville; valued at
AED30,000.

Al Noor is a Centre for Children with Special Needs whose goal is to help special needs children from their infancy to adulthood and integrate them into society.
Since 1981 the Centre has been developing its training programme to ensure it students receive quality and enriching experiences towards a more independent and functional life.
