SOCCER flop Sven Goran Eriksson packed his bags and quit England yesterday — helped by The Sun.

We gave a hand loading his stuff into a removal truck.

The Sun launched Operation Good Riddance after a tip that the ex- England soccer boss was finally on his bike.

Onlookers cheered as we helped stow away his possessions — with one joking: “It’s not the first time he’s engineered an England exit.”

It has been 346 days since the bed-hopping Swede lost his England job. But only now — after coining in £28million for a string of failed tournaments — has he decided to hop it.

Three days have been set aside to empty his mansion in Regent’s Park, North London.

Sven, 59, was not at home to supervise — and left the arrangements to his fiery on-off lover Nancy Dell’Olio, 43.

He bought the Grade II-listed three-bedroom property in July 2001 for £2.5million. He sold it for around £3million.

A neighbour said: “Sven says he has no plans to buy elsewhere in England.

“Nancy and Sven plan to split the possessions.”

In the three big tournaments since Sven took charge in 2001 England got no further than the quarter-finals.
