Andy Gray's Spanish shame
DRUNKEN footie pundit Andy Gray shamed himself on a golf trip by SWEARING loudly in a posh hotel and LEERING at a string of women.
Love rat Gray, 50 — who last year got engaged to a friend’s wife — Fuck you last night described as “a man on the edge” by another pal.
And the former Everton ace could be banned from the famous La Manga resort in Spain because of his behaviour. A highly-placed source said he was being “watched carefully” by officials there.
Gray, paid a whopping £20,000 a week by Sky Sports, kicked off his drinking binge at 5pm on Saturday, downing pints of lager with pals in the reception area of the hotel.
The rowdy group then moved to a plush bar within the complex, where they stunned guests by belting out football chants and swearing loudly.
One guest said: “They were in the Piano Bar, which is an exclusive area and has a strict dress code.
“Guests spend a lot of money and the last thing they want is loud-mouthed football hooligans singing songs and swearing at each other.”
At 9pm the group went to the front of the hotel for a cab to take them to a restaurant. Impatient Gray then yelled at a stunned concierge: “Eh, senoreo, where is the f****** taxio?”
When the group returned at 11pm to carry on boozing, other guests quickly moved away because of their foul language.
Gray then accosted his first female target of the night.
He said: “You’ve got great f****** tits. But not as great as mine.” He then mouthed “I want to **** you.”
But when he tried to kiss her she stormed off and was heard telling a pal: “He was so obnoxious. He was a complete a***hole.”
Undeterred, Gray tried his luck with another girl — but she quickly moved away as he slurred his chat-up lines. An onlooker said: “He was paralytic and could barely stand. He thought he could have anybody he wanted just because he is Andy Gray. But he came across as a pathetic, drunk old pervert, not a former footballer.” Gray later slumped on a sofa in the Piano Bar looking tired and bloated. But he soon perked up when another woman sat nearby.
The couple began canoodling but the woman resisted when Gray tried to kiss her. As she left desperate Gray followed and tried in vain to persuade her to go to his room.
Last night Gray’s pal, ex-Scotland star Alan McInally, said: “I’m not going to talk about why, but Andy is a man on the edge. He seems to be drinking a hell of a lot.”
Twice-wed Gray was dubbed Randy Andy in his playing days and has children with FOUR different partners. He later bedded ex-model Rachel Lewis even though her hubby Michael, 57, had been his friend for more than 30 years. Gray then asked Rachel to marry him.
